1. THIS AGREEMENT
This license agreement is a legal agreement between you the end user (either as an individual or an entity) and the authors of Droid Transfer herein after referred to as the authors. This software and any of its supporting documentation are herein after referred to as the product.
By installing or using the product, you indicate your complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement promptly remove the product from your computer.
The authors’ reserve the right, at their discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on

Your continued use of the product constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by the authors as permitted above. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of the product.
2. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
2.1. THIS PRODUCT MAY BE USED FOR LAWFUL PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS TO BE USED BY YOU, THE END USER, FOR THE BACKUP AND RETRIEVAL OF LAWFULLY OWNED COPYRIGHTED AND NON-COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL FROM YOUR OWN DEVICES.
YOU WILL NOT USE THIS PROGRAM FOR TRANSFERRING COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL YOU DO NOT LAWFULLY OWN IN A WAY THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO THE COPYRIGHT OWNER.
2.2. Droid Transfer is intended for personal data recovery and backup, not forensic analysis. The authors cannot guarantee forensic accuracy of any data recovered while using the products.
3. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
3.1 You agree to satisfy yourself that the product meets your needs or purpose and it is your responsibility to determine that it
is ready for operational use before it is so used. If you are not qualified to make these assessments yourself, it is your
responsibility to engage the services of someone with requisite expertise who can make that assessment for you.
3.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that you backup all your data and information whether stored on your computer, file server,
workstations, or otherwise before you install the product. You will indemnify us and hold us harmless from any and all losses, damages, claims, or actions brought against us by you or any third party. This indemnity includes but is not limited to any loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or any other consequential damages arising from such data loss.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY
This product and accompanying written materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither the author nor anyone else who has been involved in the
creation, production or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages
arising out of the use or inability to use such product even if the author has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. This includes but is not exclusive to the loss of data or damage to any equipment.
5. PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION
You are entitled to download this product and use it for a specified trial period. The period of this trial and the limitations of the
product during this time may be subject to change by the authors without prior notice. Once this trial period has expired you agree to
either (a)Uninstall the software or (b) purchase an activation code to convert the trial program into a full registered copy of the product. Following clearance of payment you become a registered owner of this product. By registering this program you declare the product to be fit for your purposes.
6. SINGLE USER LICENSE
When you purchase Droid Transfer you are purchasing a single user license. This means that you can install the product on up to two of your computers as long as you are the sole user of the software on those machines. If multiple users are to use the software, a license must be purchased for each user.
7. REFUND POLICY
A refund is available for the product providing the request for a refund is received by the authors within 30 days of having placed an order for the product. You will be asked to provide a valid reason for a refund request and we may suggest alternative
ways to resolve your issues. Please see our refund policy for details.
8. UPDATES
Updates to minor, point releases, of this software are free of charge. The authors reserve the right to charge for major updates at a future date for major version number updates.
9. ACTIVATION CODE MONITOR
The authors reserve the right to monitor activation code usage within the product. Activation codes may be blocked at the authors discretion if the authors consider that the
activation code been used in breech in terms of this agreement. Blocked activation codes will no longer be able to be used to register installations of Droid Transfer.
