Activation codes are usually emailed to you within 2 hours of purchase. If you did not receive this email , please check your spam folders, in case your email provider considers the registration email as being spam. Please add wideanglesoftware.com to your safe senders list.

Thank you for your suggestion, however the helpdesk form requires an access code. I have my TouchCopy password, but no access code. Any other suggestions?

I just downloaded the update to TouchCopy, and now I’m being asked for the Activation Code. I’m not finding the code in my saved files, so I found a form on your web site that lets a person look up the activation information. This page however has a visual capsha, and not an audio equivalent. I am blind, so am unable to access this visual capsha. I have my password, so how can I get my TouchCopy reregistered? Thank you
