Activation codes are usually emailed to you within 2 hours of purchase. If you did not receive this email , please check your spam folders, in case your email provider considers the registration email as being spam. Please add wideanglesoftware.com to your safe senders list.

I received no activation code for my purchase made today, sent an email, and filled out a ticket for support, also your activation code lookup service said that my email which i did receive a receipt for payment did not match your records. We need this for work please resolve asap! Thanks in advance.

@aaron d frye Unfortunately we have been unable to locate a sales record for the email address provided. Please open a support ticket on our online helpdesk detailing the email address used at purchase. This will allow us to retrieve your activation code. If you are installing a minor version update, TouchCopy will remain activated on your computer.

@Nadav Kedem Please use our free activation code lookup service to lookup your purchased activation codes. The option to activate can be found in the top right corner of the main iBackup Extractor window.

If you have made multiple purchases but only intended to purchase once, please open a support ticket on our online helpdesk where we will be able to refund you for any additional purchases made.
