Newer versions of TouchCopy, Droid Transfer and iBackup Extractor no longer require an email address to activate the software. You can simply enter your activation code to activate the software. Information on how to transfer your license to a new computer can be found here.
Older versions of these products, along with Contact Transfer, Tune Sweeper, Duplicate Sweeper, Music Tag and Wide Angle PDF Converter, still require an email address during activation. If you previously activated your software using an old email address, you can continue using the software normally with your existing activation code.
For software versions that require an email address during activation, your email address may be used for password recovery and license verification purposes. If you need to update your registered email address, please contact our friendly support team, and we'll be happy to help.
