How do I restore my music library from a backup made by TouchCopy?

Once you have copied music from iPod / iPhone / iPad using TouchCopy, the music files will be safe on your computer.

You are then free to add the music to your library in the Apple Music app or iTunes, and even sync the music with another device. Here's how it's done:

How to import music into the Apple Music app on Windows

1. Open the Apple Music app, and click the (...) menu icon at the top of the sidebar.
2. Go to Library > "Add Folder to Library...".
3. Select the folder containing the music that was backed up by TouchCopy.
4. Your chosen music will be added to your Music library.

How to import music into iTunes

1. Open iTunes, click File > "Add Folder to Library...".
2. Select the folder containing the music that was backed up by TouchCopy.
3. Your chosen music will be added to your iTunes library.

How to import music into the Music app on Mac

1. Open the Music app, and go to File > "Import...".
2. Select the folder containing the music that was backed up by TouchCopy and click Open.
3. Your chosen music will be added to your Music library.

You can use TouchCopy to copy your music from your iPhone/iPad/iPod to your computer- either to a folder you select, or directly into your iTunes or Apple Music library.
