I just ordered and tried to download TouchCopy - got the following message:

MAC OS x 10.7.5 - app required OS x 10.8

I'm pretty sure I'm on Vista - on a Mac. Is there another version of Touch Copy that will work on my computer?

@John Blackstock If you are running Windows Vista in a virtual machine or in Bootcamp, please download TouchCopy for Windows. Please be sure to run the installer within Windows, and not whilst in OS X.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes twice directly from the Apple website and touchcopy 16 twice and it says that I am using the wrong itunes still. I have windows 8.1, 64 bit and this is very time sensitive

@Kevin Orick Please ensure that iTunes has been installed onto your C:/ drive as installing it to a different drive can sometimes cause this issue to happen. If this issue continues to persist, please submit a support ticket on our online helpdesk where we can provide better technical assistance.

I accidentally deleted about 40 gbs off of my iTunes music library. It is still in my two iPods, a classic, and a 5th generation 64gb iPod touch. What do I get, or do to get the music, ind info back in my iTunes??

@Deborah Sluss For this problem TouchCopy would be the best cause. You should copy the files straight into iTunes in order to preserve as much extra information such as track count on the files.

I purchased the TouchCopy and installed it in my computer. Then, I have actived code already. However, TouchCopy has just copy only 4 pictures in total 876 my pictures. I try to re-installed to 2 other computors. One of them can not dectect Iphone and the rest computor has same situation as first computer. Could you help me for trouble ?
Wide Angle Software wrote...
@Le Ha Thanh Please check if these photos are stored in the iCloud. You can easily check this by putting your device into flight mode. You may need to restart your phone to be able to see the changes. If the photos are no longer appearing this confirms that they are stored in the cloud. If this is the case TouchCopy will not be able to detect them.

I am finding that the apps button does not show up on the TouchCopy Screen. I have a registered copy and downloaded the latest update. I am using a PC (Widows 7) version for my iPhone and iPad Air. Also, I cannot make copies of my Notes on the iPad, only one that is attached to the mail folder. That is puzzling, since all my Notes are copying off my iPhone. Any suggestions or help. Thanks.
Wide Angle Software wrote...
@Bill The Apps feature is not available for iOS 9 devices and higher due to current compatibility issues. Please check if your notes are stored locally and not on the iCloud. If not stored locally TouchCopy will not be able to copy them over

I have a PC version licensed copy of touchcopy and today, I uploaded the latest update. On the manual, it shows a screen with apps button but when I connect my iPad or my iPhone 5, there is no apps button. Is there a reason that it doesn't show up.
Another problem that I have noticed is that when I try up copy the notes on my iPad, it only copies the cloud notes but not the notes on the iPad.
Thanks for any suggestions or help.

@Traveler 2030 The Apps feature is not compatible with iOS 9 and higher. As a result this feature will not show up for newer iOS versions. TouchCopy should only be able to copy over notes local to your device not off the iCloud. TouchCopy will not be able to copy over any photos or annotations on the notes on the text so this might be the cause of confusion.

@Carrie Hello,

This is usually from trying to install the wrong bit version compared to what your OS is running or iTunes.
