Track your iPhone health data by saving it to your computer
The Health app on iPhone is a great way of helping us keep fit and healthy. It allows you to set fitness goals and track your progress over time. As such, you can modify your routines in real time to meet your goals, which will ultimately get you where you need to be.
If you desire more control over your Health data, you can access it on your PC using iBackup Extractor. iBackup Extractor can access the Health data from an iPhone backup on your PC, and also allow you to extract the information to your computer in HTML or PDF format - great for if you wish to make a health and fitness diary!
This feature is currently only available in the Windows PC version of iBackup Extractor.
How to extract iPhone Activity data from an iPhone backup
Launch iBackup Extractor and select the iPhone backup you wish to explore.
Select the Activity section.
View your Activity data. You can filter your info by week, month, year or all time.
Click "Save HTML" or "Save PDF" depending on the format you prefer.
Choose a location to save your activity data to, and hit Save!

Viewing your iPhone Health and Activity data on your computer
You can view your iPhone backup's activity data by week, month, year or all time using iBackup Extractor. To filter your data, simply click one of those timeframe buttons in the toolbar at the top of iBackup Extractor.
You'll see information and graphs displaying your Steps, Move, Exercise and Stand data for your selected timeframe.
On the left, you'll see general information like totals and averages. On the right is a breakdown of your data, dependant on your chosen timeframe. For example, if you select the Month view, you'll see a breakdown of your information gathered over a month, split up by day. Check this out below:
To view information for a different month, you can click the arrows next to the current month
Saving iPhone Activity data to your computer
Exporting this data is a great way of keeping a backup of your health log on your computer. It is also useful for if you wish to make your own diary or records to track your data on your computer.
Saving your iPhone activity information with iBackup Extractor is easy. Simply choose the timeframe of the information you want to save. Then choose to save as HTML or PDF.
HTML: This format can be opened in internet browsers like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari...
PDF: This format can be opened in a PDF viewer. PDF is a great format to choose if you are planning on compiling your data into a diary, or sending your records via message or email.
