What is the meaning of yellow checkbox, green checkbox and red cross next to the copied tracks?
As each track is copied onto your hard drive an icon next to that track
indicates whether the copy was successful or not. Here are the icons used:
Track was successfully copied to iTunes including all the meta data.
Track was successfully copied to iTunes, however some of the meta data could not be transferred.
Track could not be copied to iTunes.
Tracks that fail to copy will be added to a TouchCopy Error Log called
"Failed Copy to PC", "Failed Copy to Mac" or "Failed Copy to iTunes". See Error Logs for more
information.
If you are having problems copying your iPod to iTunes, please first check that you're using the latest version of TouchCopy by using the update checker in the options window.
With your iPod / iPhone disconnected, also please ensure that your iTunes preferences are correctly set, as detailed here.
Any music which you didn't copy using TouchCopy will be contained in the "Items to be copied" list in TouchCopy. Please select the items from this list (it may help if you select smaller groups of items by shift clicking the tracks) and click on Copy to iTunes in TouchCopy.
Please also check will the songs which you're trying to copy play on your iPod. Note TouchCopy will not be able to copy songs which cannot be played.
If you continue to have problems with this, please try copying music to your hard drive and importing it into iTunes from there by selecting the File tab and then Add folder to library.
