To copy games and apps from an iPod Touch or iPhone, follow these steps...

  1. Download and install TouchCopy 12.
  2. Connect your iPod Touch, iPad or iPhone to your computer via the USB cable.
  3. In TouchCopy, select the "Apps" tab.
  4. Select the App that you wish to copy and then select either "Copy to iTunes" or "Copy to PC".

If you have not done so already, you can download TouchCopy from here.

Further Information

Please be advised that due to an Apple restriction, the Apps functionality is not available for devices running iOS9 or higher. Also, TouchCopy 16 does not support transfer or apps.

You will need to Download TouchCopy 12 to access Apps for devices using iOS versions 5 - 8. For more information on how to copy apps from iPhone to iTunes, please see the TouchCopy user guide.

@Sharleen Dunfield Hello,

There is a possibility that we might return support for Apps but this is dependent on Apple.
