How can I copy music from my old iPod/iPhone to my new iPod/iPhone?

You can achieve iPod to iPod copying functionality with TouchCopy. Firstly use TouchCopy to copy music and other content from your old iPod or iPhone into iTunes, as detailed here.

When you are satisfied that all your music, photos, videos, contacts etc are safely backed up in iTunes, please use iTunes itself to sync all that content with your new iPod/iPhone.
