1. THIS AGREEMENT.
This license agreement is a legal agreement between you the end user (either as an individual or an entity) and the authors of TouchCopy herein after referred to as the authors. This software and any of its supporting documentation are herein after referred to as the product.
By installing or using the product, you indicate your complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement promptly remove the product from your computer.
The authors’ reserves the right, at their discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on http://www.wideanglesoftware.com/touchcopy/. Your continued use of the product constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by the authors as permitted above. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of the product.
2. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
THIS PRODUCT MAY BE USED FOR LAWFULL PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS TO BE USED BY YOU, THE END USER, FOR THE BACKUP AND RETREIVAL OF LAWFULLY OWNED COPYRIGHTED AND NON-COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL. YOU WILL NOT USE THIS PROGRAM FOR TRANSFERING COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL YOU DO NOT LAWFULLY OWN IN A WAY THAT IS NOT ACCEPTBLE TO THE COPYRIGHT OWNER.
3. LIMITED WARRANTY:
THIS PROGRAM AND ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION OR DELIVERY OF THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT EXCLUSIVE TO THE LOSS OF DATA OR DAMAGE TO ANY EQUIPMENT.
5. PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION
You are entitled to download this product and use it for a specified trial period. The period of this trial and the limitations of the product during this time may be subject to change by the authors without prior notice. Once this trial period has expired you agree to either (a)Uninstall the software or (b) purchase a registration key to convert the demonstration program into a full registered copy of the product. Following clearance of payment you become a registered owner of this product. By registering this program you declare the product to be fit for your purposes.
6.A REFUND POLICY.
A refund is available for the product providing the request for a refund is received by the authors within 30 days of having placed an order for the product. The authors retain the right to withhold a refund at their discretion. Having received a refund, you must uninstall the product from your computer. You also agree not to reinstall the product without placing another order for the product.
7. PRIVACY
If you register the demo version of this product your e-mail address may be kept by the authors. This e-mail address will be used to inform you of important updates to the product. Your e-mail address will not be passed onto any third parties or be used by the authors for any other purpose than to communicate with you concerning the product. You may request to be removed from this mailing list at any time by contacting the authors at support@wideanglesoftware.com
8. REGISTRATION KEY MONITOR
The authors reserve the right to monitor registration key usage within the product. Registration keys may be blocked at the authors discretion if the authors consider that the registration key has been used in breech in terms of this agreement. Blocked registration keys will no longer be able to be used to register installations of TouchCopy.

Les auteurs se réservent le droit, à leur entière discrétion, de changer ou modifier tout ou partie de ce Contrat à tout moment. Ces changements seront effectifs dès leur publication sur http: // www.wideanglesoftware.com/touchcopy/. L’utilisation continue du produit constitue votre acceptation obligatoire de ces conditions générales, y compris les changements ou modifications apportés par les auteurs comme permis ci-dessus. Si, à tout moment, vous estimez que les conditions générales de cet Accord ne sont plus acceptables pour vous, vous devriez cesser immédiatement toute utilisation du produit.

VOUS N'UTILISEREZ PAS CE PROGRAMME POUR TRANSFÉRER DU MATÉRIEL, PROTÉGÉ PAR LE DROIT D'AUTEUR, DONT VOUS N’ÊTES PAS LÉGALEMENT LE PROPRIÉTAIRE ET CE D’UNE MANIÉRE INACCEPTABLE POUR LE PROPRIÉTAIRE DU DROIT D'AUTEUR.
3. GARANTIE LIMITÉE :
CE PROGRAMME ET LES MATÉRIELS ÉCRITS L’ACCOMPAGNANT SONT FOURNIS « EN L’ÉTAT » SANS GARANTIE EXPRESSE OU IMPLICITE D’AUCUNE SORTE, Y COMPRIS MAIS NON LIMITÉE AUX GARANTIES IMPLICITES DE VALEUR COMMERCIALE OU DE CONVENANCE À UN USAGE PARTICULIER . NI L'AUTEUR NI TOUTE AUTRE PERSONNE AYANT PARTICIPÉ À LA CRÉATION, LA PRODUCTION OU LA LIVRAISON DE CE PRODUIT NE SERONT TENUS POUR RESPONSABLES DE QUELCONQUES DOMMAGES DIRECTS, INDIRECTS, CONSÉCUTIFS OU ACCÉSSOIRES PROVENANT DE L'UTILISATION OU DE L'INCAPACITÉ À UTILISER UN TEL PRODUIT MÊME SI L'AUTEUR A ÉTÉ INFORMÉ DE LA POSSIBILITÉ DE TELS DOMMAGES. CECI COMPREND, MAIS NON EXCLUSIVEMENT, LA PERTE DE DONNÉES OU LA DÉTÉRIORATION D’UN QUELCONQUE ÉQUIPEMENT.
5. DÉMONSTRATION DU PRODUIT
Vous avez le droit de télécharger ce produit et de l'utiliser pour une période d'essai spécifiée. La période d’essai et les limitations du produit pendant ce temps sont susceptibles de modifications par les auteurs sans préavis. À l’expiration de cette période d'essai, vous acceptez soit de (a) Désinstaller le logiciel ou d’(b) achèter une clef d'enregistrement pour convertir le programme de démonstration en une version enregistrée complète du produit. Suivant l’acquittement du paiement, vous devenez un propriétaire enregistré de ce produit. En enregistrant ce programme vous reconnaissez que le produit correspond à vos besoins.
6. POLITIQUE DE REMBOURSEMENT.
Un remboursement est disponible pour le produit à condition que la demande de remboursement soit reçue par les auteurs dans les 30 jours qui suivent la commande du produit. Les auteurs conservent le droit de refuser un remboursement à leur entière discrétion. A la réception du remboursement, vous devez désinstaller le produit de votre ordinateur. Vous vous engagez également à ne pas réinstaller le produit sans placer une autre commande du produit.
7. RESPECT DE LA VIE PRIVÉE
Si vous enregistrez la version de démonstration de ce produit votre adresse électronique peut être gardée par les auteurs. Cette adresse électronique sera utilisée pour vous informer des mises à jour importantes du produit. Votre adresse électronique ne sera pas transmise à des tiers ni utilisée par les auteurs dans un autre but que de communiquer avec vous concernant le produit. Vous pouvez demander à ce que votre adresse soit supprimée de la liste de diffusion à tout moment en contactant les auteurs à l’adresse suivante : support@wideanglesoftware.com

Mit der Installation oder Benutzung des Produktes stimmen Sie diesen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen vollständig und bedingungslos zu. Sollten Sie den Bedingungen dieses Lizensvertrages nicht zustimmen, entfernen Sie das Produkt unverzüglich von Ihrem Computer.
Die Autoren behalten sich das Recht vor, diesen Lizenzvertrag jederzeit nach eigenem Ermessen teilweise oder vollständig zu verändern. Die Änderungen treten in Kraft, sobald sie auf http://www.wideanglesoftware.de/touchcopy/ veröffentlicht werden. Ihre weitere Benutzung des Produktes nach Veröffentlichung geänderter Allgemeiner Geschäftsbedingungen stellt eine bindende Akzeptanz dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen einschließlich von den Autoren vorgenommener Änderungen wie oben angegeben dar. ES WIRD VON IHNEN, DEM ENDNUTZER, FÜR SICHERHEITSKOPIEN UND WIEDERHERSTELLUNG VON URHEBERRECHTLICH GESCHÜTZTEM UND UNGESCHÜTZTEM MATERIAL, DAS SIE LEGAL BESITZEN, BENUTZT. SIE WERDEN DIESES PROGRAMM NICHT FÜR EINE FÜR DEN BESITZER DES URHEBERRECHTS INAKZEPTABLE ÜBERTRAGUNG VON URHEBERRECHTLICH GESCHÜTZTEM MATERIAL, DAS SIE NICHT LEGAL BESITZEN, BENUTZEN.
3. HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS
DIESES PROGRAMM UND BEGLEITENDE SCHRIFTLICHE MATERIALIEN WERDEN "OHNE MÄNGELGEWÄHR" ZUR VERFÜGUNG GESTELLT, ALSO OHNE GARANTIEN JEDWEDER ART, SEIEN SIE AUSDRÜCKLICH ODER IMPLIZIERT, EINSCHLIESSLICH, ABER OHNE BESCHRÄNKUNG AUF DIE ALS EINGESCHLOSSEN GELTENDEN GEWÄHRLEISTUNGEN, DASS DIE WAREN VON DURCHSCHNITTLICHER QUALITÄT UND FÜR DEN NORMALEN GEBRAUCH SOWIE FÜR EINEN BESTIMMTEN ZWECK GEEIGNET SIND. IN KEINEM FALL ÜBERNEHMEN DIE AUTOREN ODER JEDWEDE ANDERE AN DER ENTWICKLUNG, PRODUKTION ODER AUSLIEFERUNG DIESES PRODUKTES BETEILIGTE PERSONEN DIE HAFTUNG FÜR SCHÄDEN JEGLICHER ART, SEIEN ES DIREKTE, INDIREKTE, FOLGE- ODER ZUFÄLLIG ENTSTANDENE SCHÄDEN, DIE DURCH DIE BENUTZUNG ODER DIE UNFÄHIGKEIT, DAS PRODUKT ZU BENUTZEN, ENTSTEHEN, AUCH WENN DIE AUTOREN AUF DIE MÖGLICHKEIT SOLCHER SCHÄDEN HINGEWIESEN WURDEN. DIES BEINHALTET, ABER IST NICHT BESCHRÄNKT AUF, DEN VERLUST VON DATEN ODER BESCHÄDIGUNG VON JEDWEDEN GERÄTEN.
5. DEMONSTRATION DES PRODUKTES
Sie sind berechtigt, dieses Produkt für die Dauer einer spezifischen Probeperiode herunterzuladen und zu benutzen. Die Autoren behalten sich das Recht vor, die Dauer dieser Probeperiode sowie die Einschränkungen des Produktes während dieser Zeit ohne vorhereige Ankündigung zu ändern. Sobald die Probeperiode abgelaufen ist, verpflichten Sie sich, entweder (a) die Software zu deinstallieren, oder (b) eine Registrierungsnummer zu käuflich zu erwerben, die die Demo-Version in eine voll registrierte Version des Produktes umwandelt. Bei Bestätigung des Einganges Ihrer Zahlung werden Sie ein registrierter Besitzer des Produktes. Durch Registrierung des Programmes erkennen Sie das Produkt als für Ihre Zwecke geeignet an.
6. RÜCKERSTATTUNG
Eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises dieses Produktes ist möglich, vorausgesetzt, dass der Erstattungsantrag innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Bestellung des Produktes bei den Autoren eingegangen ist. Die Autoren behalten sich das Recht vor, eine Rückerstattung nach eigenem Ermessen zurückzuhalten. Nach Erhalt einer Rückerstattung müssen Sie das Produkt von Ihrem Computer deinstallieren. Sie verpflichten sich außerdem, das Produkt nicht wieder zu installieren ohne eine Bestellung für das Produkt aufzugeben.
7. DATENSCHUTZ
Wenn Sie die Demo-Version dieses Produktes registrieren, kann Ihre E-Mail-Adresse von den Autoren gespeichert werden. Diese E-Mail-Adresse wird dazu benutzt werden, Sie über wichtige Updates des Produktes zu informieren. Ihre E-Mail-Adresse wird nicht an Dritte weitergegeben, und dient den Autoren zu keinem anderen Zweck, als mit Ihnen bezüglich des Produktes zu kommunizieren. Sie können jederzeit verlangen, von dieser Mailingliste gestrichen zu werden, indem Sie unter support@wideanglesoftware.com eine E-Mail an die Autoren senden.
8. ALLGEMEINES
Dieser Lizenzvertrag wurde aus dem Englischen übersetzt. Im Falle eines Rechtsstreits über die Bedingungen dieser Vereinbarung oder bei einer Nichtübereinstimmung zwischen anderssprachigen Fassungen gilt die englische Fassung als die offizielle Fassung.
