This option, accessible both on the File entry on the menu bar and also available on the right side, as a big button, provides more detailed information on the backup, including the date on which it was performed, iOS device details, and a lot more. Mostly for engineering use.
This option allows you to change the folder from which iBackup Extractor will be loading backups from. This is useful if you have multiple users, or if you have more backups saved elsewhere. It is defaulted to the user's iTunes Backup folder.
This option is here to allow users to quickly restore the iTunes Backup folder as the one from which iBackup Restore will be using to load the data.
