System Requirements

PC Requirements...

  • Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7.
    • 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Vista and Windows 7 are supported.
  • Microsoft .NET Framework Runtime version 2.0 SP1 or higher. You can download this directly from Microsoft.
  • Apple iTunes 7, 8 or 9.
  • If you are using the iPhone or iPod Touch, these need to be running software version 1.1.X, 2.X, 3.X and iOS4

OSX Requirements...

  • Mac OSX Version 10.4, 10.5 or 10.6
  • Intel or PowerPC based Macs supported. ( TouchCopy version 9.61 and onwards ).
  • Java 2 SE 5.0 or higher- This is installed by default in OSX 10.5 and 10.6.
  • Apple iTunes 7, 8 or 9.
  • If you are using the iPhone or iPod Touch, these need to be running software version 1.1.X, 2.X, 3.X and iOS4
