Voice Mail
Version 9.70 and later of TouchCopy support copying voice mails from iPhone 4 and devices running iOS4. Follow the links to download the latest versions of TouchCopy for PC and TouchCopy for Mac.
TouchCopy allows you to play and copy Voice Mail messages you have received on your iPhone.
To view all Voice Mails stored on your iPhone , click the Voice Mail button on the TouchCopy control bar. If you do not see the Voice Mail button on the control bar then it may be that TouchCopy preferences are set not to show this item. Open TouchCopy options and click the Control Bar tab. Make sure that the Voice Mail check box is checked and then close the options window.
Displaying and Browsing Voice Mails
TouchCopy displays a list of people or senders who have sent you Voice Mail. Clicking on a name in the list displays the messages sent only by that person.
TouchCopy also highlights those voice mails that have not yet been listened to on your iPhone and those voice mails that you have deleted from your iPhone. You can click on the "Deleted" or "Unplayed" entries in the senders list to view just the voice mails under those categories.
Playing Back Voice Mail
Select which voice mail you want to play by selecting one or more entries in the messages list and click "Play" in the Voice Mail browser or the Play button in the main TouchCopy control bar. TouchCopy will play your selected Voice Mails in order - one after the other.
Copying Voice Mail to your PC
Select one or more Voice Mail messages from the list and click "Copy" in the Voice Mail broswer or the "Copy to PC" button in the main TouchCopy control bar.
If you do not select and individual messages to copy, TouchCopy will copy all the voice mails currently listed. This may be all the voice mails on your iPhone or messages from a subset of senders depending on what has been selected in the senders list.
