System Requirements
TouchCopy works with all models of iPod, iPod Touch and iPhone devices.
PC System Requirements
TouchCopy requires a PC running either Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista or Windows 7. Both 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows are supported.
TouchCopy is a .NET application and as such requires the Microsoft .NET Framework Runtime to be installed on your PC. The Framework is installed with Windows Vista and Windows 7 by default. If you are running Windows XP, you can obtain the .NET runtime by using Microsoft Windows Update or by downloading the .NET installer directly from Microsoft here.
If you are using an iPod Touch or an iPhone, TouchCopy also requires that iTunes version 7.4 or higher be installed. You can download iTunes from Apple Inc.
For other types of iPods, TouchCopy will work without having iTunes installed.
For TouchCopy to be able to play your iPod songs you will need Apple QuickTime version 6.5.2 or higher.
Mac System Requirements
TouchCopy requires a Mac running at least OSX 14.4 (Tiger).
TouchCopy is a Universal Binary. This means it will run on both PowerPC and Intel based Macs.
If you are using an iPod Touch or an iPhone, TouchCopy also requires that iTunes version 7.4 or higher be installed. You can download iTunes from Apple Inc.
For other types of iPods, TouchCopy will work without having iTunes installed.
