Games
Please note that this functionality is currently supported for click-wheel iPods only.
TouchCopy can display all the games you have on your iPod. You can copy these games to your computer for backup or transfer them straight into your iTunes library.
To view all the games on your iPod click "Games" button on the TouchCopy Control Bar.

For each game on your iPod, a thumbnail will appear - like this one. To select a game, click on the thumbnail. You can then copy the game to your computer or transfer it to iTunes. |
Copying Games to your Computer
To copy the game to your computer select the required game and click the "Copy to PC" or "Copy to Mac" button on the TouchCopy control bar. TouchCopy will create a ".IPG" file in your "iPod Content" folder. By default this folder is on your Desktop. You can change the default save location, directory structure and file name format using TouchCopy options.
You can later copy IPG files into iTunes to install the game back onto your iPod.
Transferring Games to iTunes
To transfer a game back into your iTunes collection, select the game and then click the "Copy to iTunes" button on the TouchCopy control bar. TouchCopy will process and transfer your game back into iTunes.
A word about Game copy protection
iPod games are tied to your iTunes music store account. You can only play them on an iPod that is authorized to your music store account. TouchCopy does not remove or alter any of this protection.
