TouchCopy for PC will not run and I get an error log

TouchCopy is compatible with Widows XP, Vista and Windows 7, both 32 and 64 bit versions.

If you're using Windows XP, ensure that you're using Service Pack 2 or 3. If you're using Service Pack 1, you should run a Windows Update from Microsoft here. If you're using XP Service Pack 2 or 3, please try re-installing your .NET framework from here.

Windows Vista and Windows 7 users will have the right version of .NET framework installed by default.

Then please uninstall the old version of TouchCopy from Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, then select TouchCopy. Then download and install the updated version of TouchCopy from here.
