My TouchCopy activation code does not work.
TouchCopy 09 registration keys for PC start with TCP9. These keys require that you are connected to the Internet while activation takes place. Also, check that no firewall software on your PC is blocking TouchCopy from accessing the Internet. Please also ensure that you're using the latest TouchCopy 09 for PC version.
TouchCopy 09 for Mac registration keys start with TCM9. Please copy and paste these to avoid mistyping errors. Please also ensure that you're using the latest TouchCopy 09 for Mac version.
Registration keys for our previous TouchCopy version, TouchCopy 07 and for iPodCopy will not work with TouchCopy 09. Also, activation codes are different for PC and Mac versions of TouchCopy. Please ensure that you are using the correct version of iPodCopy or TouchCopy for the type of registration or activation code you own.

If you cannot find your original registration code, you can retrieve your registration details for your products purchased from Wide Angle Software, based on your email address.
