TouchCopy 09 will not accept my registration code.

If your registration code starts with TCV1, IPC6 or IPC2 then please note that your registration key will not work in TouchCopy 09 for PC.

Similarly, TouchCopy 09 for Mac will not accept TouchCopy 07 for Mac keys begining with APC1.

If you purchased TouchCopy 07 after April 1st 2008, you will be able to upgrade to TouchCopy 09 for just $5.

If you do not wish to upgrade to TouchCopy 09, you can use our registration key lookup service to determine which version of TouchCopy or iPodCopy you have purchased. This will also provide a link to your purchased software.

TouchCopy 09 registration keys for PC start with TCP9. These keys require that you are connected to the Internet while activation takes place. Also, check that no firewall software on your PC is blocking TouchCopy from accessing the internet. Please also ensure that you're using the latest TouchCopy 09 for PC version.

TouchCopy 09 for Mac registration keys start with TCM9. Please copy and paste these to avoid mistyping errors. Please also ensure that you're using the latest TouchCopy 09 for Mac version.
