Converting a video from a file

Rather than downloading video from a web site- you can also convert video files currently on your computer. These files must be flash video files, identifiable by the .flv file extension.

To convert a video in Quivic, select your video file and drag it onto the target in the Quivic window. Alternatively, select "Convert File" from the File menu or the toolbar and select the video you want to convert.

Quivic will then convert the video to the format you have specified in options. After its been converted, Quivic copies the new video to the location specified in options.
